Currently, our home delivery service is available in some selective areas under the Dhaka Metro Area. Gradually, it will be expanding more.  Note: We will not accept any delivery service requests from the lockdown area.

  • Every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Home delivery service remains open every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

There are three separate order placement and delivery time slots:

Delivery Slot 1: Order placed and confirmed from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. will be delivered between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Delivery Slot 2: Order placed and confirmed from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. will be delivered between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Delivery Slot 3 (*Next Day): Order placed and confirmed from 4 p.m. to the next day till 9 a.m. will be delivered between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.

  • Order and delivery time slot will be confirmed according to your preference or the order/delivery confirmation agent's or delivery team's availability during the slot.
  • Step-1: You will get an order receiving notification/text at your provided mobile number and an e-mail at your given e-mail address after the order placement. Company Customer service representatives/agents also receive the same notification.
  • Step-2: Our authorized agent will contact you to verify your product list, payable amount, delivery location, delivery date, and time slot.
  • Step-3: After your confirmation, our agent will confirm your order, and you will get notification from our nominated delivery partner at your provided mobile number. Then, you can track your order.
  • You must provide your correct address, active mobile number, and active e-mail address. Also, you must select your delivery location during order generation for further correspondence.
  • We will only deliver to the correctly provided address during order/booking generation.
  • We cannot deliver the product if the provided address is incorrect.
  • You can cancel or update/ revise your order until the delivery man, along with the product, is ready to be dispatched. After the dispatch of the delivery man along with the product, you cannot cancel your order.
  • Yes! Order can be reviewed or canceled within 1 hour of order confirmation through phone call or text on messenger.
  • The same procedure will be followed for order cancellation or confirmation.
  • It is not possible to return the ordered/ received products after confirming the order or receiving the goods as per the invoice.
  • But if the customer finds and presents proof of any damage or compromised quality or hygiene of the product, packaging, or delivery process, then the customer can return the order with proper evidence.
  • Customer copy of the invoice must be returned as a supporting document.
  • The customer can immediately return the order to the delivery person or inform our QMT lead /CS lead through our official page messenger.
  • No! we cannot do any refund/return after the delivery of a good quality product is complete. Therefore, please check your product before the delivery is done.
