Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum order value should be equal or exceed BDT 5000 to avail 15% discount.
- A representative will contact to confirm the order after submitting the details.
- If the Order is placed on Friday, the representative will contact the next available day.
- Complimentary freezer support will also be provided based on availability, according to the customer’s needs.
- In order to avail the freezer support customers need to facilitate electricity connection and cost for their own.
- Delivery timeline will be confirmed based on the customer’s desired date and time.
- Polar Express service is available in the Dhaka City Corporation area only.
- Polar Express delivery service available every day from 10 am to 6 pm.
- Polar Express service delivery time is 72 hours from the confirmation of the order.
- Revert or cancellation is not allowed from the customer’s end once the order is confirmed.
- A system-generated invoice will be sent to the email after the order confirmation.
- The delivery team may contact on the delivery date to confirm location, address, and timeslot
- No return is allowed after delivery.
- All delivered product prices are in MRP including VAT & Tax.
- Payment mode for Polar Express is Cash on delivery (COD) only, no card or MFS accepted.
