- Delivery service will be available seven days a week. Deliveries may also be closed due to government holidays or any other national events.
- While placing your order, put your preferred delivery time and date, address, contact number, and e-mail address correctly.
- All home deliveries are usually conducted on the same day of order confirmation. But due to specific circumstances, deliveries might be made the next day. In that case, you will be contacted by the company before delivery.
- Delivery personnel always follow our health guidelines. Products are usually delivered with ice bags so that you can have a melt-free box of happiness.
- We do not take any return after the completion of delivery as we are not charging for delivery. Therefore, please check your desired product before the delivery is complete.
- We will only deliver to the address provided in your online booking form. If your address is incorrect, the delivery maybe misplaced or delayed. We may call you before our delivery to confirm your order, address, and delivery time.
- We will try to deliver ice cream within your preferred timing. However, we may not always be able to deliver on time due to unavoidable conditions, such as traffic jams or logistics issues. Under these circumstances, after discussing with you, we will deliver your product at our earliest opportunity.
- POLAR EXPRESS DELIGHT authority reserves the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to withdraw the service and product all together.
- Orders can be canceled at any time until the delivery man and the product are ready for dispatch. If you want to change the ordered products, you will have to cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery time and must place a new order.
- POLAR EXPRESS DELIGHT home delivery sales offers may not necessarily be similar to the retail shop offer.

Program Delivery
- Program delivery is applicable all over Bangladesh within our reach- for wedding, picnic, birthday party, corporate meet, social gathering.
- All orders are sold in carton or pack size basis;
- Minimum order level is BDT.3000 or more;
- Payment mode: COD (Cash on Delivery) or advance payment preferable
- Available products price for program delivery are listed above; Program delivery has no delivery charge.
- Product delivery will be made at mentioned address with required deep freezer for desired program on mentioned date & time. Minimum lead-time to execute program delivery is 48 hrs after your order confirmation.
- We will only deliver to the address provided in the website generated booking. we cannot deliver if your address is incorrect. We may call you before delivery to confirm your address, timeslot & product demand.
- Our delivery personal always follows the health guideline. Products usually deliver in frozen condition to give you a melt free happiness & goodness.
