1. We deliver ice cream daily between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. based on specific areas or zones and order delivery times. All flavours and types of ice cream mentioned in the catalog are also covered here. For details, visit: https://polarbd.com/
  2. A respected consumer can choose or fix the time to get the ice cream from the website’s schedule page (time slot).
  3. The maximum retail price of the goods delivered shall include all VAT and taxes. It depends on the order delivery location, carton, box, tub, and quantity.
  4. The order can be canceled any time after the order is confirmed and before the person carrying the product (the delivery agent) and the package is prepared. However, the order cancellation request will not be accepted after the delivery agent and the package have started the journey.
  5. Product price is non-refundable after delivery. Therefore, the product must be fully confirmed before the delivery is completed.
  6. If the delivered product is found to be damaged, not properly packed or unsealed, or any product not ordered is delivered, the customer is specifically requested to complain to us on Facebook Messenger (Note: For immediate assistance and complaint – “Contact Agent” option). Then the product will be replaced, or the price will be refunded (if already paid) as per company policy.
  7. If the customer fails to store the product properly after receiving the order, the company will not be responsible for the damaged product.
  8. All products are not eligible for exchange or refund once accepted (depending on the quality).
  9. A bank account, Bkash or Nagad account, can be used for online payment while placing an order. Besides, there is a “cash on delivery” facility.
  10. Polar will refund the product’s total price to the complaining customer within seven (7) working days of receiving the complaint of non-delivery.
  11. Polar Ice Cream Authority may change, cancel, or add to any rule without any prior announcement or notice.
